Privacy
Sarah Blake Inc is committed to upholding the privacy of its members, employees, independent contractors, and models. No information is ever shared without direct consent. We do not share, sell, trade, or give out any personal information.
Interview Policy
Due to the frequency of flakes, inaccurate pictures, drama-queens and other non desirables, we require all talent meet with us prior to shooting. This means we do not book shoot off of pics sent through email or through the mail. We must see the model in person and talk with them before we will consider hiring them for any work. Due to this policy, we mostly hire talent that is local to the Las Vegas are or traveling in.
STD Testing
All performers that engage in fluid transfer whether it be oral, vaginal or anal sex(condom, married or not) must have a current STD test stating the are negative from either Talenttesting.com or Aim Healthcare.
Payment Policy
All performers are paid at the end of each shoot.
2257
All performers are required to fill out an accurate 2257 document to prove that they are 18 years old or older, and legal to work in the United States. There are no exceptions.
TFP/trade content for websites
We sometimes will do trades with certain models(male and female) by shooting content for their websites and is to be shown only on their specific website. In no way is the content to be sold, traded, PPV or otherwise shown for profit to another party unless specifically agreed to by both Sarah Blake Inc and the model, in writing.
Paid Travel
We do not pay for travel expenses for performers at this time.
